The servers are located in a German data center in Frankfurt am Main. All data is processed exclusively within Germany or the European Union and is therefore subject to strict German and European data protection laws (GDPR).

A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with goneo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. goneo processes personal data only within the scope of my instructions and ensures compliance with data protection requirements through appropriate technical and organizational measures.

4.1 Server Log Files

When visiting this website, information is automatically collected by the web server in so-called server log files and temporarily stored, which your browser automatically transmits. This happens without your intervention and is a standard process with every website visit. The following data is logged:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Amount of data transferred
• Notification of successful retrieval (HTTP response code)
• Browser type and version

The collection and temporary storage of the IP address by the system is technically necessary to enable delivery of the website to your computer. For this purpose, the IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

This data is not merged with other data sources. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website, to optimize the website, and to ensure the security of information technology systems.

Legal basis: Data collection is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As the website operator, I have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of my website – for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.

Storage period: The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For data collected to provide the website, this is regularly the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of data storage in log files, this occurs after 7 days at the latest.

This website does not use cookies, analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.), conversion tracking tools, or social media plugins. No tracking of your user behavior takes place.

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally on our server. There is no connection to Google servers.

The use of these web fonts is for the purpose of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

We use Google Search Console to monitor and optimize the technical performance of our website in Google search results. Google Search Console is a free service provided by Google. It does not collect any personal user data. No cookies or tracking technologies are used in connection with Google Search Console on this website.

This website uses JavaScript to provide interactive functions (e.g., language switching, image modal views). JavaScript is executed exclusively locally in your browser and does not transmit any data to external servers. You can disable the execution of JavaScript in your browser settings, but some functions of the website may then be limited.
